How do I import from Apple Health?
On the Today tab, tap "Pull from Apple Health" and grant permission when iOS asks. Your weight, body fat, resting heart rate, waist, and sleep will fill in automatically. You can turn access on or off anytime in the iOS Health app under Sharing.
How does the syringe-unit math work?
Enter your vial strength in milligrams and the amount of BAC water you added when you set up a peptide. The app calculates the exact number of units to draw for your dose, and updates it if you change the dose.
Can I back-date a schedule or an entry?
Yes. When adding a peptide you can set a start date in the past, and body metrics can be pre-filled from your last entry so you only change what moved.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your health, body, and dosage data is stored privately to your account, is never used for ad targeting, and is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email admin@boschllccorp.com from the address on your account and we will remove your account and its data.
Why do I see ads?
Limitless Life is free and supported by ads. Your health and dosage data is never used to target them.
